The WeldROVER scanner is a simple, industrial-strength, one-axis encoded scanner that presents fully mechanized automated data acquisition. It is dedicated for quick and effective phased array inspections on ferromagnetic piping or vessel girth welds and long seams with minimal training and setup time. We may set to the scanner up to 6 probes for phased array, TOFD and conventional UT inspection.
The WeldROVER scanner is easy in use and only two buttons on remote control helps to inspect in various speeds. This scanner interacts with OmniScan® and FOCUS series flaw detectors without demand for complex software, motion controller electronics, or configuration. A laser-guide indicator assists manually manage direction of scanner while using the steering lever. It eases to receive accurate data without the need for guide bands, complex tracking systems or motorized steering capabilities. It is the perfect option for company who offers fully mechanized, automated phased array (AUT) inspection services. It takes an hour to train to be comfident in basic of OmniScan course.
